We are originally from Vietnam, where we both attended medical school. Being in the same department for years, we never actually talked until we ended up on the same collaborative project with international students.
She was an outstanding student, and everyone knew her - except me, of course. One day, she approached me and asked, "Hey, how come you don't know me?" You can imagine my surprise and embarrassment. But then, I mustered up the courage and invited her to dinner...And that's where our story began!
Transitioning from the world of medicine to the artistry of photography may seem like a leap, but for us, as avid wanderlusts, it's a natural evolution driven by our curiosity for new experiences and our passion for connecting with people from diverse cultures drive us. Photography allows us to empower other people as they navigate through life’s ups and downs. If it weren’t for our amazing clients, we wouldn’t be able to wake up to our dream job each day.
When we are not behind the camera, we are colleagues in the clinical trial in Oncology that is evaluating a new drug and a promising potential treatment for people with different type of cancers. Other than that, we would describe our life as skaters in the winter, canoers during the summer, and aurora chasers all year rough. We love spending time traveling, meeting friends, enjoying coffees and foods diversity from other countries.
